Today we’re highlighting Kevin Hofner, Regional Sales Manager for New York and the Midwest. Kevin has been part of the Patrol PC® team since 2021. Kevin brings both personal passion and professional experience to his work, helping agencies across his region find the rugged, reliable technology first responders need to stay mission-ready.

Background & Journey

Kevin grew up in a law enforcement family and has a background in emergency services, which made the transition to Patrol PC® a natural fit. “I came to know of Patrol PC® through a friend in the public service sector. They made a connection, and the rest is history,” he says.

What many coworkers and customers might not know? Before joining Patrol PC®, Kevin traveled the world as a personal chef to foreign diplomats and heads of state—a unique experience that gave him a global perspective before returning to his roots in public safety.

Role at Patrol PC

As Regional Sales Manager, Kevin partners with agencies across New York and the Midwest to understand their challenges and connect them with solutions that improve day-to-day operations. “My role is in sales, but more importantly, it’s about listening to departments and helping them solve real problems,” he explains.

Every day brings something new. “It can be challenging at times on the road, but seeing new places and meeting new people is a bonus,” Kevin adds. His favorite part of the job is knowing the solutions he helps deliver are directly used by first responders in the field.

Mission & Impact

Kevin takes pride in Patrol PC®’s mission to serve those who serve. “Anytime I get a referral from another customer, I know what we are doing is making a difference,” he says.
